Devices to be repaired

Supplying your IMEI allows us to validate the device's model and colour. If you have booked in an incorrect model and do not supply an IMEI, you will be subject to a £59 call-out fee. Enter your IMEI now to avoid this charge.

Where do I find my order reference?

When you placed an order with us, you will have received a booking confirmation email, which contains your order reference.
